Does my gift card expire?
We are excited to announce we (Basin Restaurant Group) have claimed ownership of both Missoula and Billings locations of Ciao Mambo. We will no longer be able to accept any gift cards that are not associated with our system (3+ years old), as these are owned by the previous owners, Glacier Restaurant Group. We are able to accept these older cards until March 1,2026. Our current redeemable cards have a QR code on the back and are processed through “toast”. Any cards without this QR code can not be accepted at the Missoula and Billings locations. These up to date cards, through Basin Restaurant Group, are redeemable for the forseable future.
We are happy to provide customers with appropriate contact information for those who wish to still redeem these old cards and/or would like reimbursement. These cards are still redeemable in Whitefish.

Can I get a physical gift card?
Of Course! If you live here in town, come on in and we will take care of it for you. If calling is more convenient, everything can be handled over the phone as well. We are happy to mail your gift card to wherever it needs to go or you can come pick it up in person.
How do I check my gift card balance?
Each gift card has a QR code on the back. Scan the code and it will automatically pop up its balance. Having trouble? Give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
